Election day is Tuesday, November 3, 2026.

Kate is running for State Supreme Court Justice in the Fourth Judicial District of New York State. The Fourth Judicial District includes all of Clinton, Essex, Franklin, Fulton, Hamilton, Montgomery, Saratoga, Schenectady, St. Lawrence, Warren and Washington Counties.

The mission of our Courts is to deliver equal justice under the law and to achieve the just, fair and timely resolution of all matters that come before them. It’s a mission that Kate Hogan honors and upholds every day.

If you are a registered voter who lives in a county within the Fourth Judicial District, you are eligible to vote in this election.
