Since 2017, Judge Hogan has co-chaired the Committee for Equal Justice in the Courts for the Fourth Judicial District and has worked on increasing access to justice in the most rural areas of the district. From 2019 until 2021, she served as Supervising Judge of the County Courts in the Fourth Judicial District. As Supervising Judge, she helped to implement newly enacted criminal justice reforms throughout the district. Judge Hogan also lectures for the Judicial Institute.
